All Carrion descendants pursuing a higher education are eligible to apply!
PILAR & HERMOGENES CARRION MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
- Award of $500.00 minimum per eligible student(s) dependent upon on donations received.
- Students may apply every two years. In fairness to new applicants, prior award winners are not eligible to re-apply.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA required.
- Next awards will be presented at the 2024 Carrion Family Reunion.
- Selections will be made by the Scholarship Committee. A check for the award will be issued to the enrolled school on the student’s behalf.

The 2018 Pilar & Hermogenes Carrion Memorial Scholarship recipients: Chloe Schauck and Priya Nair. Chloe is purusing a Masters in Business Administration and a certificate in International Business at Missouri State University and Priya is pursuing her Bachelor's Degree at Florida Atlantic University with plans to further attend Medical School and become a Pediatrician. Each recipient was awarded $1000.00 toward college tuition.
The 2016 Pilar & Hermogenes Carrion Memorial Scholarship Recipients: Thalia Cintron & Andrew Alvarez. Thalia is attending LCCC with her second degree in Business Management and Andrew is attending Bowling Green State University pursuing a degree in Telecommunications. Each recipient was awarded $1000.00 towards college tuition!
